Elmeck Advantages :-

Elmeck Gold cable is insulated with a special grade of PVC Compound, which offers high insulation resistance, dielectric strength and F R properties. We are using electrolytic grade bright annealedcopper conductor with 100% bunching. The conductor offers high conductivity and low resistance. Every meter is indicated on the entine length of cable by computerized meter printing system, which confirms the full length guarantee itself. Elmeck Gold MCB’s have 10000 Amp. Short circuit current breaking capacity, low watt loss & accurate magnetic short circuit protection, through a well design electro mangnetic system, helps in quick breaking. Elmeck Gold switchgears, changeovers, Busbars, DB boxes are specially powder coated 60 micronsto avoid corrosion even in highly moisture areas . Electrolytic copper bright tin plated & silver contacts are used for longer life. Elmeck Distribution board designed to suit latest life style, trends and tradition.


We provide door interlocking facility in main switches for extra safety. High capacity DMC used in AC Boxes which protects from heat and corrosion. In Sheet Metal Bus Bar, extra gap has been provided for easy terminal connection.

Elmeck Grip PVC tape has unique features of FR PVC compound, Resistance to acids, Alkalis, Oil and grease. It has uniform thickness and width through out the length. by using special formulation of rubber based adhesive, it provides strong adhesion to backing and adhesionto steel for firm grip on joints.

Elmeck Shiny CFL, an Energy Saver Lamp provides cool day light. The Lamp saves 80% Energy, so that it reduce your Electricity bill & it has 6 times longer life than ordinary bulb. It can be operated within 170 to 250 voltage range. Lamp is ideal for Drawing Room, Dining Room, Small conference room, Kitchen, Balcony, Corridor according to their application. These lights also find application in new up coming malls, show room, jewellery shops, Galleries for today's energy conscious consumers. We also offer CFLs for industrial use in higher wattage, besides the general purpose lightings.

Raw Material

Quality of product depend on the quality of incoming Raw Material. Quality of incoming material is checked as per IS specification & ISO standards by lot wise sampling. All the equipments used for testing are calibrated and well maintained for getting satisfactory results.

Process Inspection

The firm believe in ‘ Total Quality Management’ in the entire process. our endeavour is to prevent defectiveness during process. Tools used for process inspection are calibrated and well maintained . This is achieved through regular inspection and check at different stages of production.

Final Testing

The Final products are tested for compliance as per I.S.I. and I.S.O. Standards/Specifications. Routine, Type and Acceptance tests are carried out in a well equipped laboratory in accordance with the methods given in the BIS specifications. All Apparatus, Measuring instruments are periodically checked &calibrated by NABL. accredited lab. All records of tests, inspection and calibration are kept in suitable forms.

Packaging

We are using different types of Unique packaging for Elmeck Gold Products. These are available in boxes, Attractive easy to carry Bags and Cartoons. As the Elmeck Gold Products are popularwith our customers, Dealers, we have constant threat from our duplicators, who want to Utilize our Brand Name for earning money and spoiling our name. To stop this practice we use hologram on all our Elmeck Gold products.
